THE ACS CONSIGNMENT NOTE :
This ACS Consignment Note is non-negotiable and the shipper acknowledges that it has been prepared by the shipper or by ACS on behalf of shipper. The shipper warrants that s/he is the owner of the goods transported here under or s/he is the authorized agent of the owner of the goods and that it hereby accepts ACS terms and conditions for itself and as an agent for and on behalf of any other person having any interest in the shipment

RIGHT OF INSPECTION OF THE SHIPMENT:
ACS has the right but not the obligation to inspect any shipment including without limitation, opening the shipmment. The shipper agrees that
ACS may open and inspect a shipment for any reason at any time.

CLAIMS:
a) Any claim must be brought by the shipper and deliver in writing to the office of ACS nearest the location at which the shipment was
accepted within 30 days of the date of such acceptance. No claim may be made against ACS outside of this time limit
b) ACS's liability in case of loss, pilferage, demmage or delay of shipments is limited to Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) per domestic
consignment. Shipments of un-declared value shall be accepted for carriage and delivery "on shipper's Risk Alone". No claim will be
entertained by ACS outside the limitations of liabilities mentioned above
c) ACS does not mentain records relevant to a shipment of more than 90 days. It will therefore be unable to refer to or produce any such
record where it is notified for the same after the expiry of the said period of ninety days from the date of shipment.

LIABILITIES NOT ASSUMED:
ACS shall not liable if a shipment is lost, demmaged, undelivered because of circumstances beyond our control. These include
a) "Act of God" for example earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood or
b) "Force majeure" for example war, accident,terrorism or embargo.

INSURANCE:
a) At the request of the shipper and upon payment thereof ACS will arrange insurance on behalf of the shipper
b) The insurance coverage shall be governed by all the terms and conditions contained in the policy of insurance issued by the insurance company
c)Consequential damages and loss or damage resulting from the delays or transportation are not covered by any such policy of insurance.

MATERIAL NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR TRANSPORTAION:
a) ACS does not accept 1) Cash 2) Jewellery 3) Passports 4) Air tickets 5) Cheque Books 6) Open Travelling Cheques 7) Demand drafts
8) Narcotis 9) Transferable shares certificates 10)Prescious metas & stones 11) Explosives 12) Arms & ammunition 13) Works of art/painting
14) Antiques 15)Stamps 16) Perishable items 17) Liquids, claims will not be entertained for settelment if such items are booked undisclosed
and get Demmaged/Destroyed or lost during transit.

LIEN OF GOODS SHIPPED:
ACS shall have a lien on any goods shipped for all freight charges,octroi,duties,advances or any other charges of any kind arising out of the
transportaion hereunder and may refuse to surrender possession of the goods untill such charges are paid to ACS.

IN COMPLIANCE WITH PAKISTAN POST OFFICE ACT 1898:
ACS would not accept Letters or postcards, as their carriage is the exclusive privilage of the Federal Government.
